Accolade Holding Picks Up Slovakian Logistics Facility

Accolade Holding, a Czech investment group specializing in sustainable industrial infrastructure, has acquired a 21,600-square-meter facility in Kosice, Slovakia, which is currently fully leased by automotive supplier Faurecia.

In addition to production facilities, the property acquired by Accolade Holding includes a warehouse and office area. The building becomes part of the Accolade Funds Park Kosice Airport, which now consists of three buildings with a total area exceeding 58,000 square meters.

The acquisition was financed by Tatra Banka.

The Bratislava office of the Kinstellar law firm advised Accolade on all elements of the deal.
