Panattoni Welcomes Sellpy as Wroclaw Campus 2 Tenant

Panattoni has announced Sellpy as its newest tenant at Wroclaw Campus 2 in Lower Silesia, set to occupy 38,000 square meters.

Sellpy is a digital platform for secondhand and other products, and will launch a distribution warehouse in Wroclaw. The company plans to start operations at the facility in the spring of 2026.

Wroclaw Campus 2’s target area will be approximately 160,000 square meters, of which 102,000 square meters is currently under construction. The first tenant of the investment is the logistics operator DSV. The complex is located in an industrial zone 20 kilometers from the center of Wroclaw. Its proximity to the A4 and A8 motorways provides excellent road connections to major centers in Poland and Europe.

“We are pleased that Sellpy has chosen Wroclaw Campus 2 to establish its second warehouse in Poland,” commented Panattoni Partner Marek Dobrzycki. “With several sustainable solutions integrated, it is planned to undergo the BREEAM Excellent level certification process.”
