Amundi Acquires B&B Hotel in Prague

Amundi has acquired the B&B Hotel located in Prague’s Florenc district from Praemia Hospitality.

The transaction was carried out on behalf of Amundi Realitni fond KB3, a qualified investors’ fund managed by Amundi.

The hotel will form part of a broader transformation project aimed at redeveloping the Florenc area into a modern, high-value urban zone. 

Weinhold Legal advised Amundi while Clifford Chance advised Praemia Hospitality on the deal (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on January 22, 2026).

Fidurock Acquires Sokolska 35 and 37 Buildings in Prague

The buildings are located in the immediate vicinity of Wenceslas Square, the Museum, and I. P. Pavlova and have a current area of 2,157 square meters. According to Fidurock, will undergo complete renovation and conversion from office to residential rental units.
