Renata Nowacka Joins Accolade as Leasing Manager

Accolade has hired Renata Nowacka as its Leasing Manager in Poland.

According to the company, in her new role, Nowacka will focus on building long-term, partnership-based relationships with tenants and supporting companies at every stage of cooperation, from initial negotiations to portfolio growth and lease renewals. 

“Strengthening our leasing team is another important step in Accolade’s growth in Poland,” Accolade Managing Director Joanna Sinkiewicz commented. “Market proximity, understanding tenant needs, and a partnership-driven approach are key pillars of our strategy. Renata joins us with extensive experience that will enable us to further enhance our support for companies operating in our parks and expand our portfolio in line with market expectations.”

Before joining Accolade, Nowacka worked as a Senior Leasing Manager at The Shire-Beyond Coworking, where she was responsible for space commercialization and team management. Previously, she worked as a Senior Leasing and Asset Manager at Panattoni / Blue Assets, collaborating with key investors on projects aimed at driving asset value, and as a Leasing Manager at Octava Property Trust, where she oversaw office leasing and the rebranding process of the Krakowska 61 Center within Okecie Park.
