TOKS Acquires Land from SIRIN Development for Largest Commercial Transport Service Center in Region

Intercity bus company TOKS has acquired a 42,000-square-meter territory and 6,000 square meters of commercial and administrative buildings in Vilnius from real estate development company SIRIN Development.

Following the acquisition TOKS, together with SIRIN Development and its subsidiary ME Trade, announced it will “establish the largest electric commercial transport service center in the region.”

The facility will include electric vehicle charging stations, technical maintenance services, and infrastructure designed to serve a growing fleet of electric buses and commercial vehicles. This initiative will make the site the region’s leading service center for electric commercial transport.

According to TOKS, the new base will provide high-quality charging and service solutions for electric buses, vans, and trucks, with a special focus on businesses transitioning their fleets to electric mobility. A 1-megawatt power grid connection will be installed, ensuring smooth operations in partnership with ESO, Litgrid, and Ignitis.

Sorainen advised SIRIN Development on the sale (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on October 3, 2025).
