BYD Electric Bus & Truck Hungary Leases 5,000 Square Meters in CTP Komarom

CTP Hungary has announced it signed a lease agreement with BYD Electric Bus & Truck Hungary Kft. with the later taking possesion of a 5,000 square-meter industrial property in CTPark Komarom.

According to CTP, the newly constructed building was specifically designed for high-tech operations that align perfectly with BYD’s objectives. The hall features, among other things, large drive-in gates, additional electrical capacity, and an advanced power network – all essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.

“It was crucial for us to find a partner who not only responded flexibly to our special technical requirements but was also able to implement them quickly and reliably from a single source,” commented BYD Electric Bus & Truck Hungary Kft. Managing Director Henry Zhang.

“BYD’s presence at CTPark Komarom is further proof that our tailor-made, technologically advanced, and sustainable solutions create real value for our partners,” added CTP Hungary Managing Director Ferenc Gondi. “Our goal is to provide our clients with an environment that supports both their growth and their long-term business development.”

According to CTP, BYD’s move into the park not only supports the development of CTPark Komarom, but also gives a boost to the regional economy. The investment will create new jobs and contribute to the growth of electromobility in Hungary, fully aligned with the country’s green transition objectives.
