Remake Acquired Four Polish Hotels from Covivio

Remake Asset Management, acting for the SCPI Remake Live fund, has acquired hotels in Warsaw, Krakow, Lodz, and Lublin from Covivio, in a transaction valued at EUR 35.5 million.

The hotels are fully leased to B&B Hotels.

The Gide law firm advised the buyers on the deal, and the Wardynski & Partners law firm advised the sellers.
