Founded in 2004, the Staycity Group is a collection of aparthotels that was established by Tom Walsh and is headquartered in Dublin.

The Denkmalneu Group specializes in property development and the conversion of existing properties.

According to the Taylor Wessing law firm, which advised Staycity on the deal, the Felix Group consists of three aparthotels, one each in Vienna, Leipzig, and Dresden. The aparthotels in Leipzig and Dresden, totaling 388 rooms, will be rebranded as Staycity Aparthotels. The Vienna hotel, comprising 130 apartments, is scheduled to open under Staycity’s lifestyle brand “Wilde” in the second quarter of 2025.
