Refield to Build Retail Park in Sroda Wielkopolska

Refield has announced that it has begun construction of a new retail park in Sroda Wielkopolska, about 30 kilometers from Poznan, in Western Poland.

The new retail park — Pasaz Sredzki — will cover a total area of ​​20,000 square meters of gross leasing area, and will host around 30 different premises in five commercial buildings centered around a spacious car park, including a supermarket, branded clothing stores, a drive-thru restaurant, and a large-format DIY store.

Opening is planned for 2026.
