CTP is adding 2,000 square-meters of modern workspace to its popular Clubco co-working development in Brno’s Vlnena-centered business district.
The new phase will offer private offices, event and meeting rooms, outdoor terraces, and a relaxation zone. The expansion will also include the professional Clubco & Detail Podcast Studio, available not only to Clubco members but also to the public. According to CTP, Clubco is currently more than 90% occupied, and CTP plans to open another branch in Brno later this year.
Launched in 2021 and initially expanded in 2022, the latest addition will result in over 170 new office spaces. Shared areas have also seen a significant upgrade, including new meeting rooms, focus rooms, an expanded event zone, and two terraces designed for both work and networking.
“Clubco in Brno has become a much-loved destination—not just for work, but for creativity, connection, and inspiration,” said Adriana Sniegonova, Head of Coworking Clubco for CTP in the Czech Republic. “The organic growth of our community clearly shows that it’s worth investing in its development. We want to offer our members not just a functional workplace, but also space to relax and recharge. We already have a street basketball court and nearby fitness facilities, and now we have added a relaxation zone with ping pong, PlayStation, and other elements.”
The new and fully equipped podcast studio, developed in partnership with Brno-based Detail Studio, is designed as a professional facility for the creation of audio-visual content—from podcasts, to streaming, to video recording. Clubco members can also access discounted packages that include post-production, graphic design, and training. Plans include community workshops, live recordings, and the launch of Clubco’s own podcast.
According to CTP, “Clubco is known for its vibrant programme of community events that combine networking, learning, and relaxation. These include guest lectures, yoga classes, Rebelbean coffee tasting, and presentation workshops by Minutovy Recnik. Many events are open to the public, organically connecting Clubco with Brno’s wider ecosystem of creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators. This expansion increases capacity for such activities and opens new opportunities for partner projects across the growing community of businesses based at Vlnena, Spielberk, and Ponavka.”
Clubco currently operates in three locations: Brno, Ostrava, and Nupaky, near Prague. A fourth Clubco is set to open later this year at CTPark Brno, which will combine co-working space with an event venue and introduce a new “LabSpace” concept — a dedicated facility for prototyping, 3D printing, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
