LC Hospitality Picks Up Majority Stake in Loisium Wine & Spa

Limestone Capital subsidiary LC Hospitality Holding has acquired a 60% stake in Loisium Wine & Spa Holding from the Soravia Group, a real-estate developer in Austria and Germany.

The Kinstellar, Binder Groesswang, and Jeantet law firms advised LC Hospital Holding on the deal, while tge FWP law firm advised the seller.
