White Star Real Estate Reports One Million Square Meters of GLA in Poland

White Star Real Estate is reporting that it has surpassed the milestone of one million square meters of gross leasable area under management in Poland, following the addition of seven new commercial projects across the country.

The company now manages 78 buildings and supports over 1,030 tenants across a variety of market sectors. WSRE’s managed portfolio across the Central and Eastern European region now totals nearly 1.9 million square meters.

In recent months, White Star Real Estate has signed management agreements for seven commercial projects, consisting of a total of eight buildings. These newly added assets include BIG Gorzow (Gorzow Wielkopolski), Horizon Krakow I and II (Skawina), Ruda Sląska Plaza, Rybnik Plaza, Sosnowiec Plaza, and Zabrze Logistics – all located in southern and western Poland. Together, they have added more than 161,000 square merers of gross leasable area and nearly 160 tenants to WSRE’s portfolio. Depending on the project, WSRE also provides services in asset management, leasing, accounting and facility management, in addition to property management.

“The increase in the scale of assets under our management is not just a matter of numbers – it is, above all, a reflection of investor trust and a confirmation of the effectiveness of our operational strategy,” commented Justyna Williams, Associate Director, Asset & Property Management at White Star Real Estate. “By developing our property management division, we continuously invest in local teams, process quality, and tools that support effective management – both from the property owner’s and end-user’s perspective. Surpassing 1 million sqm under management is not only a major milestone, but also the next step in our long-term strategy built on partnership with investors, operational optimization, and sustainable value creation.”

The new projects were added to WSRE’s portfolio through cooperation with strategic partners including BIG Centers, Greykite, Generali Real Estate and the Focus Estate Fund – all of whom WSRE works with across several locations in Poland. A notable example is the partnership with Focus Estate Fund, which in March entrusted WSRE with the management of Plaza shopping centers in Rybnik, Sosnowiec and Ruda Slaska, marking the continuation of a long-term relationship that previously included Galeria Sandomierz, Ferio Legnica, and Galeria Sandecja in Nowy Sacz.
