Panattoni Sells Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska IV to RYSY Properties

Panattoni has announced it has finalized the sale of its Upper Silesia investment – the Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska IV – to RYSY Properties.

Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska IV is a logistics facility spanning approximately 32,000 square meters. The facility is located at the junction of the A1 and A4 motorways, adjacent to a major Polish transport hub. It is leased to Solo Midocean, a European supplier of customized promotional products.

“The sale of Panattoni Park Ruda Slaska IV confirms both the strength of the local market and the lasting attractiveness of our assets, developed in close cooperation with key tenants such as Solo Midocean,” commented Panattoni Partner Marek Dobrzycki. “Silesia is one of the key logistics and manufacturing hubs in Central and Eastern Europe, and investments delivered in this region consistently attract international capital.”
