Magdalena Kostjan has been promoted to Head of Leasing — a newly created position — at 7R.
Kostjan joined 7R in 2021 as Regional Leasing Director and was promoted to Business Development & Leasing Director at the beginning of this year, overseeing the southeastern region of Poland and Czechia. According to the Grupa 7R website, “among her achievements is the introduction of a new type of warehouse from the 7R Green Saver line—a groundbreaking concept on the path to new standards of sustainable development—and leasing the first two facilities of this kind to global businesses.” Before joining 7R she was responsible for leasing and capital deployment at Prologis, and she holds a degree from the University of Economics in Wroclaw.
