DEALZ Extends Lease in Katowice’s Supersam for Five Years

The international DEALZ chain of stores has extended its lease agreement in Katowice’s Supersam multifunctional facility and shopping center for another five years, where i rents premises with an area of ​​​​approximately 360 square meters.

According to Globalworth, which owns and manages the Supersam, “the decision of the DEALZ chain to extend the cooperation is the result of the successful relationship between the brand and [Globalworth], and confirmation of Supersam’s stable position on the local market. The attractive location of the facility in the city center, next to the market and the main streets of the city center, translates into the constantly growing importance of Supersam as a place for everyday, convenient shopping.”

“We appreciate the partnership and efficient cooperation with the DEALZ brand, which has been part of our offer for years,” said Barbara Wojcik, Asset Management and Retail Leasing Director at Globalworth Poland. “The extension of the lease agreement for another 5 years is an expression of mutual trust, sympathy, and at the same time – the effect of the store’s popularity among customers, including employees of the office and service part of the building. Supersam is a space where recognizable brands can effectively implement their commercial goals.”

DEALZ is an international chain of stores offering a wide selection of everyday products – from food, through cosmetics, to household items and decorations – at competitive prices. The brand has been present in Poland since 2018.
