Arish Capital Partners Acquires Patras Property

Arish Capital Partners has acquired an unspecified property in the Greek city of Patras.

According to a press release by the Papapolitis & Papapolitis law firm, which advised Arish Capital Partners on the deal, the property acquired by the company “will be transformed into Wanderwall – a state-of-the-art student accommodation facility.” According to the firm, “once redeveloped, Wanderwall will feature 56 furnished student apartments and studios, modern amenities such as a gym, communal study areas, a cinema, laundry facilities, and more, making it the most ultra-modern student accommodation building in Patras.”
