Panattoni Welcomes Kvadrat Acoustics as Tenant at Panattoni Park Poznan East II

Panattoni has announced that Kvadrat Acoustics will occupy 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznan East II.

Kvadrat Acoustics is part of the Danish Kvadrat Group, which designs and manufactures high-end textile and acoustic solutions. The company will commence operations at the park in August this year.

Production and part of the warehouse, together with office facilities, will be relocated to the new site at Panattoni Park Poznan East II, enabling Kvadrat Acoustics to further optimize its operational processes and expand its business. The facility will primarily be used for the production of panels and other acoustic solutions.

“The decision to choose the Panattoni logistics park in Poznan was a natural step for us in the company’s further development,” Kvadrat Acoustics Poland Managing Director Krzysztof Hadzlik commented. “The high standard of the facility and the possibility of preparing a space fully adapted to our production processes were of key importance. The BREEAM certificate was also significant for us, as it aligns with the company’s sustainable development strategy. Another advantage was the location, which allows us to maintain operational continuity and comfort for our employees, while ensuring conditions that meet our current and future business needs.”

“We are delighted that another client has chosen a Panattoni development, recognizing the high quality of the space with its adaptability to specific processes and a standard that meets the growing demands of modern business,” added Panattoni Regional Managing Director Central Poland & Greater Poland Katarzyna Kujawiak. “Poznan has long been one of Poland’s most important logistics markets, combining a strategic location on the east–west axis with excellent transport infrastructure and a strong workforce. It is a location that naturally attracts both international companies and those expanding their operations on a national or European scale.”
