CL Property Secures Wroclaw Nokia-Dedicated R&D Data Center Refinancing from BNP Paribas

CL Property has secured an investment facility from BNP Paribas Bank Polska to refinance a Nokia-dedicated R&D building in Wroclaw.

The property is owned and managed by the special-purpose vehicle Citylink Wroclaw II Sp. z o.o. and comprises more than 13,300 square metres. It is dedicated exclusively to Nokia Solutions & Networks, including laboratory and research space as well as office and technical facilities.

Gide advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska, while DLPartners reportedly advised the borrower (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on March 19, 2026).
