Residence Projekat Dva Beograd has secured EUR 24 million in financing from OTP Banka Srbija Novi Sad and AikBank Beograd.
The financing is for the development of a residential project in Belgrade.
AP Legal advised the banks on the financing (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on December 17, 2025).
