Jumbo Acquires Veso Mare Shopping Center

Jumbo has acquired the Veso Mare shopping center in Patras, Greece, from Eurobank. 

The Veso Mare retail complex is situated on the coastal road Akti Dimeon in Patras.

The deal was structured as a share deal whereby Jumbo acquired Herald 2, the owner of the shopping center. 

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Jumbo on the acquisition (as reported by CEE Legal Matters on November 2, 2025).

Alpha Bank Creates Alpha Bank Campus in Athens

With the addition of the property at 38 Stadiou Street, Alpha Bank forms the Alpha Bank Campus, which it describes as "a single complex of functionally interconnected buildings with a total built area of approximately 50,000 square meters, which is the largest single financial hub in the historic center of Athens.

Technical Olympic and Pollen Street Capital Sign Co-Funding Agreement

Under the agreement, the co-funders will jointly provide debt financing to selected subsidiaries of Technical Olympic, establishing a total funding capacity of up to EUR 250 million over the next three years.

Prodea Investments Sells 100 Properties Portfolio to National Bank of Greece

The transaction was announced on December 7, 2025, and is subject to approval from Prodea's Board of Directors.
