Ali Can Goren Makes Partner at Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki in Istanbul

Turkish real estate lawyer Ali Can Goren has made partner at Balcioglu Selcuk Eymirlioglu Ardiyok Keki Attorney Partnership, the law firm associated with international brand Dentons.

According to BASEAK, “he possesses deep expertise in transactional work, regularly advising both local conglomerates and international investors, predominantly on strategic investments, whether through mergers and acquisitions or via greenfield and brownfield projects. In addition to his extensive experience in corporate law and M&A, Ali Can is well-versed in real estate title and zoning issues, construction agreements (including FIDIC contracts), lease agreements, and hospitality contracts such as hotel management and franchise agreements. His clients include owners, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders involved in commercial real estate projects, including business complexes, shopping centers, hotels, manufacturing facilities, and vacant land. He is also active in the commercial and retail leasing sectors, as well as the broader hospitality industry.”
