Pactic has signed a five-year lease agreement at CTPark Budapest Ecser Logistics Park, where the company will occupy nearly 3,000 square meters of industrial space.
Pactic is a specialist in cross-border logistics, offering tailored solutions to e-commerce businesses and companies looking to expand into international markets. Its services support clients with warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, and cash-on-delivery payment solutions across multiple countries.
Its lease at CTPark Budapest Ecser includes a standalone building specifically adapted to Pactic’s operational needs. According to CTP, “the flexibility of CTP’s offerings ensures that the requirements of businesses of all sizes and sectors can be met effectively.”
“Pactic is in a phase of constant growth, and we continue to strengthen our market position by introducing innovative logistics solutions,” said Pactic CRO Colin Snead. “We’ve reached a point where expanding our facilities was essential, and the ECS4 hall at CTPark Budapest Ecser fits our needs perfectly — offering an excellent price-to-performance ratio. We’re committed to providing high-quality, tailored logistics services in the ever-evolving parcel delivery market.”
“We are very pleased to welcome Pactic — a fast-growing and increasingly influential player in the small parcel logistics market — to CTPark Budapest Ecser,” said Dr. Ferenc Gondi, Managing Director of CTP Hungary. “What makes this partnership unique is that we were able to offer Pactic an independent hall, which supports their competitiveness and aligns with our commitment to building long-term, value-driven tenant relationships.”
