Following its recent acquisition of a majority stake in 7R Solutions, the Omida Group has announced the commencement of the integration of the two companies and unveiled a new logo.
Omida acquired an 85% stake in 7R Solution Sp. z o.o. in August of this year (as reported by CEE Real Estate Matters on August 20, 2024). According to the company, the new Omida 7r Solutions “provides a wide range of logistics and warehousing services across multiple locations in Poland, under a unified brand.
According to a statement on the Omida website, “the first stage of the integration focuses on merging the resources of both companies, providing our current and future clients with access to an even more comprehensive range of services.”
“In practice,” according to Omida, this will include “access to efficient transport solutions within the OMIDA Group, including road, sea, air, intermodal, and rail transport; a shared warehouse space of 200,000 square meters; [and] the ability to benefit from an expanded portfolio of logistics services, including co-packing, warehousing, labeling, order fulfillment, returns handling, and customs services.”
According to Omida, “Omida 7R Solutions is a guarantee of the high-quality service that clients of both our operational companies and 7R Solutions have come to expect.”
