Giant Extends Lease at Hillwood Lodz Gorna Park

American e-commerce retailer Giant has extended its lease in the Hillwood Lodz Gorna Park logistics center.

Hillwood Lodz Gorna Park is located in the southern part of the Lodz, near Rzgowska Street in the Gorna district of the city. Giant has occupied 36,200 square meters of warehouse space and 2,000 square meters of office space in the logistics center — which covers a total of over 115,000 square meters — since the end of 2019.

TAS Logistyka Expands Footprint in CTPark Warsaw South

According to CTP, the deal takes the total amount of space the company occupies at CTPark Warsaw South to approximately 42,000 square meters, representing a 180% increase since TAS Logistyka signed its first lease with CTP in 2023.
