Panattoni Obtains Financing for City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV

Panattoni has obtained EUR 17.25 million in financing from Santander Bank Polska for the construction of the City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV logistics park.

“City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV benefits massively from its location, [as it is] 5 kilometers from Warsaw’s Chopin Airport while also being close to the center of Warsaw as well as major road junctions and routes such as the S2 and the S7,” said Emilia Taczewska-Trojaska, the Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni. “With the financing from Santander Bank Polska, we are going to complete the first stage of the project comprising a 10,000-square-meter building, which has been leased in its entirety by a leading logistics operator.”

Panattoni reports that City Logistics Warsaw Airport IV will eventually include two buildings with a combined area of over 45,000 square meters. The remaining space is to be developed on a speculative basis and will take the form of Small Business Units.

According to Panattoni, “in the greater Warsaw urban area alone, Panattoni has delivered eight parks with a combined area of over 155,000 square meters and it has a further 64,000 square meters under construction.”
