Panattoni Sells Orbico Supply Distribution Center in Teresin

Panattoni has sold a 37,000-square-meter distribution center that it developed for Orbico Supply to an unnamed buyer

The BTS center in Teresin, in the Mazovia region of Poland, is occupied by Orbico Supply, which is active across 20 countries and which Panattoni describes as “the largest distributor of cosmetics, beauty products, clothing, and FMCG in Europe.” Orbico Supply holds a long-term lease at the center, which, Panattoni reports, “guarantees the stability and security of the investment for the new owner of the center.”

Although the buyer was not identified, Panattoni describes it as “global specialist in real estate investment.”

“The sale of the center in Teresin is yet another significant transaction to have been finalized by Panattoni this year,” said Panattoni Head of Asset Dispositions Michal Stanislawski. “This not only demonstrates the continuously rising demand of foreign capital for Polish assets but also how attractive our investment projects are since they meet the highest standards in the market required by international investors.”

According to Panattoni, the Teresin BTS center “is equipped with a shuttle racking system as well as AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). The tenant also has a VAS (Value-Added Services) area and over 1,000 square meters of modern offices.”
