Savills to Manage Logistics Asset for EQT Exeter

On January 18, 2022, Savills reported that EQT Exeter had appointed them as property managers for their first investment in the Czech Republic.

According to the company, the portfolio of industrial assets comprises 140,000 square meters. The Logistics Park Nosovice comprises three modern industrial halls with a total area of 63,800 square meters of warehouse space and a potential built-up area of 6,500 square meters for expansion. The site is set in a 16-hectare area and was developed on the eastern outskirts of Nosovice, in the immediate vicinity of the Hyundai car production plant. The premises are currently fully leased to Hyundai Glovis Czech Republic, whose key customer is the car manufacturer Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech. The second asset, Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, currently comprises the management of two modern industrial halls with a total area of 77,000 square meters of warehouse space.
