Trei Opens 29th Vendo Park in Poland

On December 17, 2021, Trei Real Estate announced the opening of a new Vendo retail park in Radzymin, close to Warsaw, investing a total of EUR 3.1 million.

The combined leasing area of more than 2,000 square meters is leased in its entirety to KiK (apparel), Media Expert (consumer electronics), Rossmann (drugstore), and the butcher shop Zaklady Miesne Stanislawow. According to the company, the opening in Radzymin brings the Vendo Park portfolio up to a total of 39 retail parks, thereof 29 located in Poland and the others in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Trei is planning to develop another 15-20 Vendo Parks in a combined value of EUR 140 million.

“I’m proud to say that we topped the growth we had planned for the year by opening up eight new Vendo Parks in 2021,” commented Trei CEO Pepijn Morshuis. “In addition, we enlarged the retail property in Pultusk and we have the next projects already in the pipeline.”

Panattoni Welcomes Kvadrat Acoustics as Tenant at Panattoni Park Poznan East II

Kvadrat Acoustics is part of the Danish Kvadrat Group, which designs and manufactures high-end textile and acoustic solutions. The company will commence operations at the park in August this year.
