According to the developer, "it will be one of the first cinemas located within a retail park in Poland — a concept that has so far been present almost exclusively in shopping malls or standalone locations."
The buyer of the eight Auchan shopping centers, located across Poland, is Adventum Penta Fund SCA SICAV RAIF, based in Luxembourg. The fund is part of the Hungarian capital group Adventum Group.
