One United Properties and Le Manoir Buy Carpathian Lodge Magura in Romania

On October 1, 2021, One United Properties announced that it, together with the Le Manoir group, bought a boutique hotel in Buzau, Romania.

According to One United Properties, Le Manoir, a fine gastronomy business group, will operate on a 20-year lease a lodge and 56 hectares of forest acquired by One United Properties. The short-term target is to transform it into the first Relais & Chateaux lodge in Romania.

The company also stated that Le Manoir, owned by entrepreneur Cristian Preotu, and the real estate developer One United Properties bought the property Carpathian Lodge Magura, from Buzau County, for EUR 2.35 million.
