PwC Austria has extended its lease at the DC Tower in Vienna until 2033.
PwC has had its Austrian headquarters in the DC Tower since 2018, and the total of 16,338 square meters is occupies includes 14,277 square meters of office space, 1,598 square meters of storage, and 464 square meters dedicated to the exclusive Sky Lounge, with a terrace on the 58th floor. A “Green Lease” contract further underscores the company’s commitment to sustainability.
The 250-meter-tall-and-60-floor DC Tower, which has been part of the Deka Immobilien portfolio since 2017, was designed by Dominique Perrault, one of France’s most renowned architects, known for his minimalist and futuristic designs. Completed in 2014, the building boasts gross floor area of 93,600 square meters, including 75,000 square meters of office space. Each floor provides around 1,200 square meters of rental space.
