Winegg Realitaeten subsidiary CWR Realitaten has sold Engerth 173-175 Entwicklungs GmbH & Co KG – the property owner and lessor of the Voco Vienna Prater hotel – to Nowu Hospitality GmbH.
Formerly operated as Austria Trend Hotel Lassalle, the hotel was fully refurbished and relaunched under the “voco by IHG” brand following the conclusion of a hotel development and lease agreement with GS Star AT GmbH, a member of the Gorgeous Smiling Hotels group.
The Wolf Theiss law firm advised CWR Realitaten on all legal aspects of the transaction, with JPI Hospitality advising on the acquisition, planning, and renovation leading up to the sale. The buyer was advised by the Hasch und Partner law firm.
