In November 2021, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox announced that Eminescu Offices in Bucharest, which the firm is managing, completed its tenant mix by attracting a recovery clinic called Empatio Bucuresti.
Eminescu Offices is a boutique building developed by Akcent Development in Bucharest’s Eminescu area, with a leasable area of 7,000 square meters distributed on the ground floor and seven above-ground floors.
