On October 5, 2021, Savills Poland announced that Katarzyna Pys-Fabianczyk joined the firm as Head of Industrial Agency as of 1 October 2021.
According to Savills, she will also lead the company’s new Industrial Services Hub platform for industrial tenants, developers and landlords, and logistics investors, alongside Head of Industrial Investment John Palmer.
Pys-Fabianczyk has over 20 years of experience in real estate, having worked at Exeter Property Group, BNP Paribas Real Estate, and Menard Doswell, among others. She is also the founder and the first president of the Ladies First association, which comprises over 300 female members from the real estate and logistics sectors.
“The industrial sector remains one of the key growth areas for Savills in Poland,” commented Savills Poland CEO Tomasz Buras. “Our new integrated platform dedicated to the industrial sector has received very positive feedback from the market in recent months as it naturally brings out the strengths of Savills. I am delighted that Katarzyna will lead our integrated industrial services platform – her energy and sensitivity towards social and environmental issues are ideally aligned with our corporate values. Additionally, she has a wealth of unique professional experience, working for a real estate agent and developer, and an investment fund, which has given her great insight into how all the market players operate and how to effectively accommodate the interests of each party.”
