DLH Real Estate has announced the sale of the “South” construction phase of the LC Ebergassing logistics campus near Vienna to a fund managed by AEW.
The “South” section of LC Ebergassing consists of six hall units with a total rentable area of approximately 40,000 square meters. DHL Real Estate reports that it is fully let.
According to DHL Real Estate, in its entirety, LC Ebergassing, which was built on a site covering approximately 140,000 square meters, features “high-quality and sustainable construction [and] offers state-of-the-art facilities and technologies in accordance with technical ESG standards in particular and is DGNB Gold certified.”
