Real estate investment manager Savills Investment Management has announced that Syncron Poland has signed a lease and will become a tenant at the Gdanski Business Center on Inflancka St. in Warsaw.
Syncron is a provider of aftermarket service lifecycle management solutions. The company makes AI-powered software to help manufacturers and distributors manage aftermarket parts and inventory, price products and services, and, in the words of Savills, “deliver exceptional customer experiences.”
“We are very pleased that another innovative company has joined the tenants of the Gdanski Business Center,” said Anna Piatek, Asset Manager at Savills Investment Management in Poland. “The comfortable working conditions and the top-quality services offered by this complex foster creativity and business development. I am confident that the team at Syncron Poland will adapt perfectly to the Gdanski Business Center and will be able to fully benefit from its many advantages. Our tenants appreciate not only the opportunity to use modern office spaces in an excellent location, but also the numerous eco-friendly solutions, including the greenery, which occupies as much as 4,000 square meters in our complex.”
The Gdanski Business Center is a complex of A-class buildings in the center of Warsaw, offering a total of 101,000 square meters of space. The project was built in 2014 (phase I) and 2016 (phase II). The Gdanski Business Center also features a cafe, a beauty salon, a kindergarten, medical centers, the Zdrofit fitness club, and a public courtyard with greenery and structural landscaping elements, and offers 1,379 underground and 76 on-grade parking spots as well as biking infrastructure, with 416 bicycle racks, changing rooms, and showers. The office park’s key tenants include Allianz, KPMG, the Mazovian Unit for Implementation of EU Programmes, Provident, Philip Morris, Euronet, Nielsen, and Dell.
The project, which was awarded the BREEAM Excellent environmental certificate and barrier-free accessibility certificate, was purchased by Savills IM on behalf of a global pension fund.
Syncron Poland is expected to move into the Gdanski Business Center in March of this year.
