On November 28, the first Douglas perfumery in the southern Polish city of Andrychow, and the region’s first New Yorker fashion store, opened their doors at the BIG Andrychow shopping center.
Customers at the 200-square-meter Douglas store at BIG Andrychow will find a range of cosmetics and accessories for makeup and skincare, catering to the face and the entire body.
The fashion offering at BIG Andrychow will also expand with the first New Yorker store in the area, covering 1,300 square meters. Customers can choose sportswear, urban fashion, evening wear, lingerie, and accessories.
“Creating a comprehensive and attractive offering that aligns with current customer expectations is one of our primary strategic goals,” said Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland. “That’s why we continuously strive to attract the most sought-after brands, encouraging them to open stores in cities and regions where they were previously unavailable. This approach enhances the appeal of our properties, like the BIG Andrychów retail park, turning them into favourite shopping destinations for all families. We are glad that Douglas and New Yorker have decided to open their stores again in BIG retail parks. It is the second Douglas and the third New Yorker in BIG’s portfolio. We would like to thank our tenants for their trust.”
BIG Andrychow describes itself as “the largest and most modern retail park in the region.” It currently offers 24,000 square meters of gross leasing area with 30 stores, and is in the process of expanding by another 1,500 square meters. BIG Andrychow’s tenants include the Leroy Merlin home-improvement store, a modern Lidl supermarket, and fashion, footwear, sports, electronics, and beauty stores. Brands present in BIG Andrychow include Dealz, Empik, Diverse, Deichmann, Cropp, CCC, 4F, 50Style, Jysk, House, Hebe, KIK, Martes Sport, Ochnik, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Sinsay, Tedi, Smyk, and Vision Express, among others.
The shopping center also hosts multiple bakery, confectionery, and dining options, as well as offering free parking for 680 vehicles.
