Carrier, a producer of high-technology heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration solutions for buildings, has extended its lease agreement with the Golden Star Group for over 500 square meters of modern office space on the 2nd floor of Warsaw’s Konstruktorska Business Center for another six years.
Carrier, which was established by the inventor of modern air conditioning, is part of Carrier Global Corporation, which Global Star describes as “a global leader in smart air conditioning and energy solutions committed to creating solutions that matter for people and our planet for generations to come.” The company operates 51 factories and 39 research and design centers worldwide, and employs 53,000 customer service employees in over 180 countries. The Konstruktorska Business Center office building has been the headquarters of Carrier in Poland since 2013.
The Konstruktorska Business Center is a modern class-A office building with a total leasable area of 49,500 square meters., located in the heart of Warsaw’s Mokotow business district. According to Global Star, the seven-story building offers the largest floor areas in the CEE region with 7,000 square meters per floor, with a “Very Good”-level BREEAM certificate.
Konstruktorska Business Center has four different entries and boasts two internal recreation courtyards with an area of 3,200 square meters. In addition to Carrier, the tenants group includes Kanal Sportowy, Sunday Polska, Procter & Gamble, Emerson Process Management, and MoneyGram.
