Knight Capital has led a EUR 10 million financing round for Vienna-based company iDWELL that also included existing investors Flashpoint Venture and Wecken & Cie.
The iDWELL company, which specializes in optimizing property management through artificial intelligence, currently manages over 1.5 million property units in the DACH region. Knight Capital is a Netherlands-based investment firm.
According to the Schoenherr law firm, which advised Knight Capital on the round, the investment will be used to accelerate iDWELL’s growth and further develop its intelligent property management platform.
The Schindler law firm reportedly advised iDWELL.
