Certis Belchim, a global manufacturer of crop-protection solutions, will become a tenant of the Golden Star Group’s Oxygen Park complex in Warsaw in November 2024, with a 107-square-meter office on the ground floor of Building B.
Certis Belchim specializes in providing integrated programs, combining biological and chemical products that meet the challenges of sustainable crop production and the demands of the value chain. By the transfer of technical product knowledge and crop expertise into practical advice in the field, Certis Belchim helps unlock maximum value for farmers. The company is underpinned by five global shareholders: Mitsui & Co., ISK, Nisso, Mitsui Chemicals Group, and Kumai Chemical Industry Co.

Oxygen Park consists of two six-story buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 square meters. According to Golden Star Group, “the fully glazed façade guarantees maximum access to daylight, and tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. The layout of each floor permits the introduction of flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants. The environment-friendly solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed with a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Very Good’ level. In addition to top-quality office space, Oxygen Park’s tenants also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen, and retail and service outlets. The project also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks, and locker rooms with showers.”
The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the JEMS Architekci studio, and the project was delivered in 2013. In addition to Certis Belchim, tenants at Oxygen Park include such companies as Adara, Agfa, DiaSorin, Eco3, Eurotronic, Meril Poland,LSI Software, Parker Hannifin, Phinia, Toshiba, Sodexo, and Nowy Styl.
