Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300-square-meter park in Boleslawiec, Poland, and is reporting that the first tenant is to be Toyota Boshoku Poland, a subsidiary of the international Toyota Boshoku Group.
Toyota Boshoku Poland produces car seats and car seat components as well as interior fittings for vehicles. The company’s new 6,500 square meter warehouse in Boleslawiec will support its development by serving nearby production and by facilitating the transport of its products to Western Europe.
“Leasing warehouse space in Park Boleslawiec serves the current logistics needs of our company,” said Kamil Suchorski, Vice-President of Toyota Boshoku Poland. “The center’s key features that will allow us to manage our logistics efficiently include its proximity to our main center – a factory where every year we make parts for over 500,000 vehicles – and also its excellent road connections to our entire supply chain.”
“We are extremely pleased that Toyota Boshoku Poland has decided to lease space in Panattoni Park Boleslawiec,” said Damian Kowalczyk, Development Director at Panattoni. “This development represents another step in our strategy of supplying modern warehouse space in key locations. Lower Silesia is definitely such a location and it is more and more being seen as a window on Europe. The buildings here have, for many global players, become an essential link in their European logistic supply chains.”
Panattoni’s latest park in Lower Silesia provides tenants with 184 parking spaces for cars and twelve spaces for HGVs, as well as 91 loading docks.
