Hillwood Polska has obtained financing worth up to EUR 38 million from mBank SA for the construction of the Hillwood Zgierz II logistics park.
Hillwood Zgierz II is a class A logistics center located in Dabrowka Wielka, in central Poland. The facility is located directly on provincial road no. 702, providing connection with the A2 motorway junction (1.5 km) and the A1 motorway junction (15.5 km). The center offers almost 77,000 square meters of class A warehouse space, with an above-standard height of 12 meters and increased floor load capacity of up to 8 t/sq m.
The investment is also subject to BREEAM certification with a planned rating of Excellent.

In the financing process, mBank was supported by the team from the Warsaw office of the CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang law firm. The Clifford Chance law firm provided support in the process of obtaining financing for Hillwood Polska.
