The V Tower in Warsaw has announced the opening of a showroom on the 11th floor of the building, allowing potential tenants to what their future office-space might look like.
V Tower — the former Warta Tower — is a 21-story tower with a surface area of 33,700 square meters that is located at 85/87 Chmielna Street in Warsaw’s Central Business District. The landmark building consists of a tower section and a podium, serviced by four additional, separate receptions that can be dedicated exclusively to tenants. The first tenants are expected to move into the new spaces in the first quarter of 2025.
According to the V Tower, the newly opened showroom “features an elegant glass lobby, reception area, conference room, open space with a phone booth, areas conducive to creative work, a private office, and a café zone. The APA Wojciechowski architectural studio designed the interior concept.”
“We’ve already held our first meetings and presentations in our showroom,” said Przemyslaw Pikus, Partner at Cornerstone Investment Management, which acquired V Tower in 2023. “We’re pleased that potential tenants and agents have received the space well. We can showcase the latest solutions that meet market needs in this well-arranged office space. We used high-quality materials, impressive ceiling solutions, and ergonomic furnishings, making this place truly unique. In the showroom, we also implemented many unique solutions characteristic of V Tower, such as wooden windowsills, which not only visually warm up the space but are also efficient. The space is complemented by beautiful views of the green area of Filtry and Pole Mokotowskie and the Warsaw Central Business District.”
