Taiwan-based Univacco Europe has signed a lease for 4,666 square meters of warehouse space and 269 square meters of office space at the Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice logistics park.
The 97,000 square meter Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice logistics park is located in the southern part of Lodz, just off the S14 expressway and near the Port Lodz Shopping Center.
Univacco Europe is a member of Taiwan’s Univacco Technology Inc. group, which specializes in modern printing technologies.
“We are really proud that a world leader in its industry, such as Univacco, has chosen our park Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice as the location for its new European headquarters,” said Hillwood Poland Business Development Director Katarzyna Zbikowska. “Once again, it has proven that in a competitive market, what still counts above all is a great location, excellent communication of the facility and possibility to adapt the building to the specific costumer’s requirements. We are happy, even more so that the agreement with Univacco successfully completes the commercialization process of the entire Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice park.”
“We chose Hillwood Lodz Chocianowice because the park offered everything we were looking for when thinking about creating a modern distribution center for all of Europe,” said Chris Corbett, President North America & Europe at UNIVACCO. “Our new investment underscores the importance of the European market and will provide an even higher level of technical and sales support for our customers and network of distribution partners. We are confident that with our new investment in Lodz, we will be able to achieve our ambitious business goals.”
