Roomies Studentliving Poland has acquired a student-housing portfolio from 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Roomies Studentliving Poland is an investor in private student housing. According to the DFW law firm, which advised Roomies Studentliving Poland on the deal, the portfolio includes purpose-built student accommodation projects with construction permits in Warsaw and Wroclaw. According to the firm, “the acquisition of the portfolio from 6B47 is an important part of Roomies’ strategy focused on sustainable and fast growth in the PBSA market in Poland.” The firm reports that the company plans to create a portfolio of over 2,000 “modern and attractive rooms” within the next five years.
“We are pleased to announce that we have successfully closed a transaction for two PBSA projects in Poland,” commented Roomies StudentLiving Poland founder and CEO Nikolas Lobel. “We are acquiring two projects with building permits in Warsaw and Wroclaw from 6B47. The locations are excellent. We are now revising the design according to our guidelines and will start construction in Warsaw later this year in order to be able to open in summer 2026.”
