Logistics operator ID Logistics has extended its lease for 15,500 square meters of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II.
At the Sosnowiec facility, ID Logistics provides logistics services for clients in the FMCG, consumer-electronics, home-appliances, e-commerce, sporting-goods, and packaging sectors.
“The decision to continue our operations at Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II is the result of positive experiences from our existing partnership and the strategic potential of the location for our future development plans,” said Dominik Greta, FMCG Operations Director at ID Logistics. “The facility is modern and — most importantly — well suited to the specifics of our contract logistics operations, both in terms of infrastructure and workforce availability. This is a great example of a partnership that truly supports our business objectives.”
To meet ID Logistics’ needs, Panattoni will carry out a series of investments, including lighting optimization and dock modernization, which will enhance both working comfort and energy efficiency.
“Our cooperation with ID Logistics is a model of long-term relationships based on mutual trust and delivering solutions that genuinely support the operational growth of our client,” said Tomasz Sikora, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni. “Over the past few years, we have delivered more than 250,000 square meters to ID Logistics across various locations, including Zgorzelec, Krzyzowice, Wola Rakowa, Poznan, and the Warsaw region. We are always pleased when tenants choose to stay with us for the long term.”
“Sosnowiec is a key logistics hub in Poland, with excellent road infrastructure and a strong labor market,” Sikora added, “making it a natural choice for companies looking to grow in the region. We have already delivered nearly 600,000 square meters here, and in the entire Silesian Voivodeship, we are approaching three million square meters — the highest volume in the country.”
Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II is a two-building warehouse complex with a total area of nearly 80,000 square meters. It is located by Poland’s S1 expressway, with access to the A1 and A4 motorways and the Euroterminal Slawkow.
