Sofidel Hungary Kft. has signed an agreement with CTP Hungary at CTPark Budapest West to lease an almost-18,000-square-meter unit featuring a modern green certification.
The Sofidel Group produces high-quality, sustainable paper products. The Hungarian subsidiary now has the opportunity to further grow within CTPark Budapest West, which is located in Biatorbagy. According to CTP, “building on an established relationship with CTP, the company opted for expansion within the park, ensuring a flexible and future-proof solution for continued development.”

The new unit is located in a modern logistics hall rated BREEAM “Very Good.”
