Developer Victoria Dom has issued bonds under its Third Public Bond Issue Program.
According to the Act Legal law firm, which advised Victoria Dom on the issuance, it raised PLN 50 million in total nominal value, with an average oversubscription reduction rate of over 67%. The issuance was based on the base prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in November 2024.
