Vastint Poland has announced the extension of lease agreements with existing tenants at its Business Garden Poznan complex, as well as the acquisition of two new tenants.
The total leased area covered by the extended and new agreements amounts to 10,793 square meters.
According to Vastint Poland, all companies whose five-year lease agreements expired in 2024 decided to remain at the Business Garden Poznan, including brands such as GSK, Hochtief, Unum, Hochland, and Wavin.
The two new tenants include the DSK law firm, which has leased 905 square meters of space, and the Viseven IT company, whic has leased 352 square meters of flexible space under the Ready Flex offering.

Business Garden Poznan is a modern office complex that consists of nine buildings with a total leasable area of 88,000 square meters. Following the sale of the first phase of the development, Vastint’s portfolio includes five buildings that remain under the developer’s management.
