ECO3, a global supplier of prepress and printing solutions for the commercial, graphic arts, newspaper, and packaging industries, has leased over 1,140 square meters of modern office space on the fourth floor of building B at the Warsaw-based Oxygen Park office complex, a Golden Star Estate property.
ECO3 designs and develops systems for offset and flexo prepress, as well as offering materials, equipment, and advanced digital systems to integrate and automate the workflow of printing houses. The company’s portfolio includes printing plates, graphic films, equipment, software, and chemicals, complemented by an array of additional services. ECO3 has extensive direct sales and service structures in over 30 countries, including Poland. The company’s plants are located across Europe, both Americas, and Asia.
“We are proud that ECO3 has joined the tenant roster of Oxygen Park,” said Ewa Dragunajtys, Senior Leasing Manager at Golden Star Estate. “Renowned companies, leaders in their sectors defining innovative ways of development, are the best proof of the quality offered by this office complex. Owing to its location next to a major thoroughfare of Warsaw, and an array of amenities, Oxygen Park is without doubt a perfect space supporting business growth. We are confident that the new seat will meet all the expectations of the ECO3 team, and in consequence contribute to its further success.”
Colliers advised ECO3 throughout the negotiation process and on the signing of the six-year lease.
“ECO3, as a company offering innovative solutions in the printing industry, was looking for a modern space that would align with their business model,” commented Robert Romanowski, Senior Associate in the Office Agency Department at Colliers. “Oxygen Park perfectly met these expectations. Representing the tenant, we negotiated not only the optimal lease conditions but also a budget for the fitout of the new office, designed in accordance with the hybrid work model.”
Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw’s business district. The project consists of two six-story buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 square meters. According to Golden Star Estate, “the fully glazed façade guarantees maximum access to daylight, and tilt windows enable ventilation of the rooms. The layout of each floor permits the introduction of flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants.”
In addition, Oxygen Park’s tenants also have at their disposal a green patio with a relaxation zone, a canteen, and retail and service outlets. The project also features 162 parking spaces in the underground garage, bicycle racks, and locker rooms with showers.
The architectural design of Oxygen Park was created by the JEMS Architekci studio and was delivered in 2013. In addition to ECO3, tenants at Oxygen Park include such companies as Adara, Agfa, Certis Belchim, DiaSorin, Eurotronic, Meril Poland, LSI Software, Parker Hannifin, Phinia, Toshiba, Sodexo, and Nowy Styl.
